Shipping Information
If you live in the US or Canada, items are typically shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service. If you have any questions, concerns, or special instructions, please contact us at 1-800-842-1660 or email us at info@whizbangtraining.com . Shipping within the continental United States is free.
**Shipping outside of the continental United States will be charged actual shipping costs. (You only pay what we pay.)
Downloadable Products
If you have ordered a downloadable product, you'll get a confirmation email with instructions about how to download it to your computer. In some cases your purchase will be sent as an email attachment. If you have ordered a downloadable product and don't receive an email, please check your spam or junk mail folders -- some email providers end up inadvertently sorting them into that folder.
Most downloadable product orders are processed immediately; however, there can be a delay of up to 30 minutes before you get your confirmation email.

International Orders
For international orders, contact us for shipping charges. We may not be able to ship to all international destinations, but we’ll give it our best shot! Shipping within the continental United States is free.

You take no risk when you purchase anything from us. We offer a two-part 100% money-back guarantee. First, you can “test drive” any of our business-building products for 60 days and return it for any reason what-so-ever, or no reason at all. The “dog ate it,” “I forgot to look at it," and the “I decided to buy a new gas grill instead” reasons all work.
The second part of the guarantee is a little more stringent, but still very reasonable. You may return any product for a refund for up to a full year, but we ask that you figuratively “look us in the eye” and tell us you’ve looked at the information, tried at least one thing, and still haven’t found any value in the product.
To Return A Product
Please contact us prior to returning a product you have purchased and you will be given full instructions on how to send it back. Your refund will be issued the same way you paid for your product; for instance, your credit card will be credited or if you paid by check you will be sent a refund check.
