  • Open-To-Buy Binder with all the forms, planners, and templates you need to make the system a reality in your store.  Also, the templates and planners will come on CD-Rom so you can use them year after year.
  • Six months of ongoing support. Just fax in your monthly OTB adjustment form and we will review it for problems and answer any questions you may have.  It will keep you on track and using the system until it is a habit.   This alone is worth the price of the entire program!!

  • Take time to do your “prework” and read through your Inventory Management kit from your Retail Mastery System.  Then bring that binder with you to class so you can refer to your Inventory Management kit during the workshop.  Being familiar with it will streamline your inventory management process once you get back to your store.

 

You’ll spend two full days working on your program… and although that’s a lot of time to take out of a busy schedule, it’s not much when you consider the impact this program will have on you and your business.  I respect your time, and everything I ask you to do will be laser-focused on developing a killer inventory plan for your store.
