John has been working as a computer repair technician since 1994. He has developed a number of web sites and has years of experience in phone support of software systems. In our office he is our audio and video technician, making sure all our technology is running smoothly.  He loves helping our retail colleagues make their businesses more effective. John is usually standing behind the camera managing all our video productions, including the Retail-A-Thons.

No stranger to retail. 

He spent his formative years in retail going to farmers' markets with his family where they sold the produce grown on the family farm.  He currently has a pick-your-own pumpkin patch.   He has operated a retail greenhouse on the same family farm, and he says that if he knew then what he knows now from working at WhizBang! Training, he would probably still be in the retail greenhouse business.  One of the things John likes best about his job is watching retailers thrive because of the knowledge they gain from WhizBang! Training. 

He also enjoys theatre.

He and his wife got to know each other on their local community theatre stage. John has been onstage in an abundance of roles.    He loves to sing, dance, spend time with friends and sip martinis on the patio.
