Room and A/V Needs:
Please review the A/V requests below and let us know if you have any question or concerns prior to your event. Bob is flexible and will work with your A/V capabilities and your technicians to give you the best program possible.
Equipment:
- Wireless lavaliere microphone.
- Laptop computer connection with projector.
Bob also like to have one tall "bar" round table at the front of the room to set his materials on.
Lighting:
A bright stage will help keep audience alert and focused to the front of the room. Bob also likes to move about the room and interact with the audience during his programs, so keeping the lights up in the room is very important.
Temperature:
A cool room produces an alert audience, a warm room produces a sleepy audience. Try to work with your venue to keep the room cool, but not cold...somewhere between 68-70 degrees.
