My favorite thing by far is the ease at which I can find answers to whatever topic I have in mind. We use the Marketing, Selling, and Store Operations kits more than anything else. The Inventory Management has also been very helpful and everything is so easy to find. Any questions I have, I can learn more about it without having to read a whole chapter in a book. I can even put a disc in my CD player or computer and find my answers.
The information is absolutely easy to find and implement. Everything is written very understandably in plain English. I don’t have to read a 300 page book to try to answer a simple question.

The fact that Bob and Susan and the WhizBang! Training staff are easily accessible and other Retail Mastery System owners are on the Retail Mastery Group retailer forum is great, it has really helped me.
In this economy we are experiencing 10–15% growth and I attribute that to the Retail Mastery System.
The customer loyalty program is the most effective idea I’ve used in my store. We’re relatively new in that we’ve just been running it for most of the summer but put it in place just like Bob recommends and we’ve had a lot of response to that.
The Open to Buy was also huge for me. That helped me show my employees what I expected and what I could perceive for the business.
The other thing is just the ways to market the business and ways to get our employees selling more without any money or very little money. That’s been a huge benefit. We spend almost no money on mainstream advertising anymore.
The Retail Mastery System is well worth it. Just the way it makes you view your business through another set of eyes has been huge. I’ve been in retail a long time and sometimes when listening to Bob and Susan’s ideas a light goes on and there are so many different facets that just have made things easier for me to get a handle on my business.
Bob’s made all the mistakes and he tells us how to do things right. So I’d rather learn from him than do it all myself!
