Natalie Carmolli grew up in the retail world!  The daughter of a florist, she was raised with the flower shop attached to her family home.  Natalie has learned first-hand about working in retail and what it takes to own a  family business.  "Alice's Greenhouse," later re-named "Alice's Flowers" when it moved to a downtown location, was Natalie's first and only job through high school.

Upon graduation she went to Central Michigan University where she continued to work in retail floral and obtained her bachelor's degree in the Arts.  Natalie spent the following decade in Chicago working as a manager in the service industry and as an executive assistant in the securities trading industry.

In Chicago Natalie met and married her husband Joe, and they moved to West Michigan to start a family.  Natalie has worked as a legal secretary and more recently in the education field where she worked in human resources as a project manager.

Natalie has years of experience in web site development and support, facilitating training sessions, and providing customer service at all levels. At WhizBang! Training she is responsible for making sure our customers are well supported with all of our products and services and specializes in technical support and social media strategy.
