Tip #426 - Leverage Your Success

Dear Tip of the Weeker,

Well, we did it again!  Last week's Tip should have been numbered 425, but in our haste to get the Tip out we didn't change the number.  It's a great example of the consequences of being resource-poor...

Not enough time to get everything done, hurrying through our work and not double-checking the details.   So this week's Tip is correctly numbered 426.

What does it mean to be resource poor?  Read on...

Several years ago I read an article in the Harvard Business Review about resource poverty.

Almost every independent retailer I know suffers from it, as do we here at WhizBang! Training.  Resource poverty is not just about the lack of money; it’s a lack of creativity, of time, of energy, it’s many things.

Let's face it, we’re not big organizations and we’re trying to do a lot with a very limited amount of stuff.

That is why it's so important to leverage everything we do; and this is particularly true in marketing.

This week's video Tip gives you a couple of examples of people leveraging their marketing efforts and getting a lot more from what they’re doing.
