Phase 2 - Mastermind & Goal Setting
For 3 days, you and the other retailers in the group will meet in our office. During this time you will experience the power of the collective mastermind – clarifying your problems, and opportunities, developing your goals, and making specific plans to hit your goals.

Every business in the room will be different. You will each come away from these 3-days with a different plan based on the barriers and breakthrough opportunities Susan and I will help you discover for your business. Plan on being here in Grand Haven, Michigan on September 12th, 13th, and 14th for this essential part of the Business Breakthrough Accelerator. Phase 3 - Action and Accountability
This is where the rubber hits the road. Over the next months, you will work on your plan while Susan and I (and the rest of the group members) help you accomplish your goals.
